Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all PDF knitting patterns are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the purchase has been completed.

If you experience any problems downloading your files or receive an incorrect file, please contact us and I will be happy to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so that we can find the best solution together.
