Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned in a condition different from the one it was sent in, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF knitting patterns cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been downloaded or accessed.
